Administrative Staff

Mel Seaborn

Mel (she/her) has been the office manager at MHC since 2015. She manages all behind the scenes elements of the office including but not limited to: scheduling, medical insurance benefit checks and authorizations for medical treatment, and answering the many administrative questions our patients have regarding their appointments. When she’s not at work, you can find Mel in her dahlia and vegetable garden, spending time with her family and friends and enjoying Oregon beaches anytime of the year.

Resa Tufts

Resa (she/her) has returned to MHC as an administrative specialist and works the many behind the scenes tasks as well as at the front desk.

She lives in North Portland with her husband and two daughters. Resa enjoys travelling, wine tasting and spending time outdoors, but most of all she loves watching one daughter perform in musical theater and cheering on her other daughter in basketball and track.

Chelsea Biagioli

Chelsea (she/her) joins us as an administrative specialist and brings her wealth of knowledge as a mom, alchemist, puppet maker, herbalist and lover of rivers. After 10+ years of working in youth centered nonprofits she is excited to shift her career focus and join Mississippi Health Center.
